Strava already knows more about my running than almost anyone. Isn’t that enough?
Strava is brilliant at making training visible, social and easy to revisit.
What it gets right
Runners love the history, the community and the fact that almost every device can feed into it. At the same time, many athletes still use another tool for the actual coaching decision: what should I do next, why, and what does it mean for my goal?
Where runners still feel the gap
RunAI is being built around that decision loop. Strava can remain where the run lives; RunAI is trying to make the coaching around it more continuous.
The RunAI view
We do not think runners need another app just because another app can be built. The bar should be higher: the system should reduce the amount of managing, interpreting and prompting the runner has to do.
Our aim is simple: your training comes in, the plan responds, the goal stays in view, and the system keeps learning from what actually happened.
If your current setup already does that well, keep it. If it does not, that is the problem RunAI is trying to solve.
Want to test the other approach?
RunAI is in early beta. We're looking for runners who already care about their training and want to challenge how the system adapts.
