Runna already gives me a plan. Why would I switch?

Runna has done a very good job making structured running plans feel approachable and easy to follow.

What it gets right

Public reviews commonly praise the clarity, motivation and wearable integration. The recurring complaints are less about the basic idea and more about wanting even more flexibility, context and adaptation when real life stops matching the plan.

Where runners still feel the gap

That is exactly the part RunAI is most interested in: not merely producing a plan, but continuously re-evaluating what the plan means after the athlete actually lives it.

The RunAI view

We do not think runners need another app just because another app can be built. The bar should be higher: the system should reduce the amount of managing, interpreting and prompting the runner has to do.

Our aim is simple: your training comes in, the plan responds, the goal stays in view, and the system keeps learning from what actually happened.

If your current setup already does that well, keep it. If it does not, that is the problem RunAI is trying to solve.

Want to test the other approach?

RunAI is in early beta. We're looking for runners who already care about their training and want to challenge how the system adapts.
